DKP Information
DKP Pools And Values:
We use a DKP system where you are awarded DKP points for boss kills in 25 man raids.

ALL 25 MAN RAIDS:
First Guild Boss Kill: 15 DKP
Kills 2,3,4: 10 DKP
> 5 Kills: 5 DKP
Farm Status: 2 DKP

Progression Raids:
2 DKP per hour will be awarded in raids where attempts are made on previously undefeated encounter.
6 DKP bonus will be awarded in raids where the only attempts are made on previously undefeated encounter.

DKP Recording / Posting
DKP will be posted within 48 hours of the raid or before the next raid that uses that DKP Pool, whichever comes first.

It is the raid leaders’ responsibility to record and post the DKP, or find another guild member to do this. It is also the responsibility of the raid leader to ensure that several members of the raid record DKP, to prevent loss due to technical failure e.g. crash, lightning, raidtracker malfunction etc.

Bidding Rules:
Raid Leaders and Officers have the final say in all loot distribution! Certain items may be distributed via a 'loot council' system for the good of the guild as a whole. The Officers reserve this right!

All epic drops in the above mentioned encounters/instances will be bid on using DKP accumulated by our members

You cannot purchase an item for disenchanting purposes: if there are no bids for an item, it will be disenchanted and the shard / crystal sent to the bank.

Minimum Bids:
All Epic drops in named 25 man encounters/instances will have a minimum bid of 10 DKP. Should only one member of the raid need an item, they will still be charged the 10 DKP to purchase it.

Negative DKP:
A member with insufficient DKP to purchase an item may go negative to purchase that item as long as the bid is an uncontested 10 point bid. However, that member may not bid on any further items until their DKP returns to a positive value.

Winning an item:
Items are bid on using a Single Bid system. After the Raid Leader calls for bids on an item, all interested parties send the raid leader a single bid. This bid will be a minimum of 10 and go up in 5 point increments. Your bid is the highest amount you are willing to pay for the item. The winner is the person who bid the highest amount, and they will pay an amount equal to the second highest bid +5, or the amount +5 in the case of an 'all in' bid.

Point Accumulation:
The PLAYER, not the character, earns DKP by participating in the raids. As such, there will be a single DKP accumulation per PLAYER rather than one for each character they may have.

DKP Reduction
A player who wishes to respec or change classes will incur a charge of 75% of their current DKP. Players will not be charged if they are respecing based on the request of their class rep. Players will not be charged for class changes or respecs during designated times between content patches.

DKP Removal
Members:
When the member leaves the guild, for whatever reason
After 6 months of inactivity
Between expansion packs

SPECIAL NOTE

Every member that attends a raid, as a RAID REQUIREMENT, must know the amount of DKP they have available for that Raid and keep track of what they have spent in that raid so they have an accurate total for bidding..

Each member is responsible for their own DKP.

Overbidding your DKP is a major offense in raiding etiquette, and will carry a double the DKP charge of the item acquired illegitimately..

Be sure to visit the DKP page and write down the amount of DKP you have to spend, you can only spend the amount posted prior to the raid you will be in.

Remember your DKP is yours to use and you are accountable for it, not the Raid Leader.
